Working principle of monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitter

Using the piezoresistive effect of monocrystalline silicon. The monocrystalline silicon wafer is used as the elastic element, and a set of equivalent resistance is diffused in the specific direction of the monocrystalline silicon wafer by the process of integrated circuit on the monocrystalline silicon membrane, and the resistance is connected into a bridge, and the monocrystalline silicon wafer is placed in the sensor cavity.
